Take the cloth layer coloured side down,fold the front part as shown in  3/4 of the side.

Fold the part in half, unfold and put on the doll

Using the crease do the second valley fold to create the result shown on the next diagram.

Take the cloth layer coloured side down. Make the cut (watching the depth of it). There will be no harm if You makk the half and 1/4th with small creases

 Take the cloth part coloured side up. cut the front part in half to the middle cut. Valley fold both sides of the cut as wide as the middle cut goes.

Putting it on a doll is very easy

 Fold the lower part mountain fold in half and mountain fold the sides.

The cloth layer coloured side down. Fold the lower part a bit below the half.

Mountain fold in the widest place of the lower part.

Fold the sides to meet in the middle. Turn over.

Now, put the layer on Your doll.
